Return & Exchange Policy – Kiasa Jewellery

At Kiasa Jewellery, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and invoice intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
  • We will arrange a pickup and issue a replacement or refund after inspection.

3. Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at kiasajewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 8905471502 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return pickup process.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping charges (if not due to damage/defect) are borne by the customer.
