Refund Policy

At Kiasa Jewellery, we strive to deliver high-quality silver jewellery with complete customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions stated below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong item compared to what you ordered.
  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

Mandatory Requirement:
βœ” An unboxing video from the moment the courier package is opened is required for all refund claims.
This helps us verify authenticity and prevent misuse.


2. Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, pouches, boxes, and accessories should be returned.
  • There must be no signs of physical damage due to mishandling, water, chemicals, perfumes, or wear.

If these conditions are not met, the refund request may be declined.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Customized / personalized jewellery
  • Products purchased during discounts or special offers (unless damaged/defective)
  • Items that are damaged due to customer use
  • Orders without a valid unboxing video

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product:

  1. Our quality team inspects the item.
  2. Upon approval, the refund will be processed according to your original payment method.

Refund Timelines

  • UPI / Wallet: 2–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking: 5–7 business days
  • Store Credit: Within 24 hours

(Refund time varies depending on your bank’s processing speed.)


5. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order OR before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Prepaid cancelled orders will be refunded in full.

6. Failed Delivery Refunds

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Phone not reachable
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

The courier may return the package to us. In such cases:

  • Reshipping charges may apply, OR
  • A refund may be issued after deducting shipping charges.
